Exp bonus doesn't necessarily PUNISH people who live in Finland for example.
It's very egoistic self-centered thinking that bonus for other people is a
punishment for me.
As I see it, exp bonus is rather a compensation for people who cannot or don't
like to play at daytime. Compensation for not being on at "prime time" of the
mud, and thus getting less player to player interaction.
Yes, this would belong to bs group... I'd rather see ideas-wanted group used
for _NEW_ ideas, not just "tune this and tune that"-whine group.
