I see Eronk didn't notice the sarcastic form of the message, well anyway it
was a point raised that it is kinda obsolete now since mud is stuffed with
players plus we've a huge amount of outlanders from different timezones :)
And as the exp tunes are now being done - I think the exp bonus from unidlers
compensate the actual tune too much.
