Blocking monsters seem to repop almost instantly if they haven't been killed
for a while. It seems like the delay for repop depends on when they were last
killed, instead of counting time from current death. After I kill them again,
they stay away the normal time, whatever it is. It's a pain to kill every
blocker twice in a row. If it won't be changed, how about some 'banish shoul'
spell to increase the repop time of a monster, maybe for evil priests or some
suitable guild?

Yea, I have noticed over the years that some mobs repop seems to be tagged to the time he was attacked and not time of RIP. For instance, if you attack a mob and it takes 15 mins to RIP it and the zone reset for the mob is 30 mins, then it will reset in 15 min (30 mins - combat time) and not 30 mins from death. Time are just examples, no idea how the code is written and what not or even it is load from a gobal mob file or zone settings dependant.
