Could we clean up the player name space a bit by purging unused old characters
once/year? Perhaps purge all characters worth less than 100k xp who have not
logged in for at least 1 year, characters worth less than 200k xp who have not
logged in for at least 2 years, etc. We might end up with fewer bizarre and/or
lame names, and it would free up names for players rebirthing.
