Before tune, it was kind of impossible to do a good switchable nomad off/def,
with high str, con and 100 dodge parry. This tune made it possible to do full
barbcrimso giant/ogre/whatever with 15 ss levels of str and con, thus making
it decent. Of course this this requires shitload of exp (dodge and parry to
100 is 156M, 60M for ss con, 10M for ss str, 200M for levels, +crap for other
skills.), but now it is possible without boons!

Bad sides? People who suck at exp making get depressed, since exp gained more
power and making of it is made harder. Plus this will wake up the exp hunger
in many older players again, which might lead to their failure in real life...
