First of all, this recent train over skill/spell max tune is GREAT.

But there could be a twist to it... That cost could drop ... to 1/2?
If you are in the reinc for oh so long. The counter resets when you
reinc, but if you reinc back to same guild you get to keep small
like 10% of what you had.

Example: you are in crimsons for x months thus value of DISCOUNT that
is function of time DISCOUNT(x)=100%-x.
Your last % of dodge now costs DISCOUNT * COST where COST is cost right
after reinc.
You now reinc...
a) back to crimson thus getting DISCOUNT=REINBACK*(1 - DISCOUNT)
b) to some other guild thus getting DISCOUNT=100%.

so in numbers if: x=3months, DISCOUNT(3) = 70%, cost to train 1M is 700k
now for reinc numbers we get:
a) DISCOUNT= 1- (10% * (1-0.7))=97%
b) DISCOUNT= 100%

with given numbers, the now increased costs (yes this only goes for those
increased costs) would drop to 1/2 in 5 months, and to make real use from
reincback well... shrug if in guild 12 months you get shit 12% cheaper!

Perhaps needs some fine tuning on the numbers but you get the idea.
