The only thing I have to say thus far, haveing just analyzed the numbers and
have not actually tested any reincs yet, is I do not like the general increase
in cost of most skills below 90. I am all for raising the costs from 90 to
100, even dramatically, as to master anything takes time and effort. However,
for thoes who do not desire total power here, or do not have the want to put
all of their lifes time and effort into this game, should be able (imho) to at
least experience similar stats to what they had before. Personally, I feel
that the old exp cap should remain for any costs below 90, then jump to what
they are now and increase from there. This idea may change once I trial run a
few reincs, but I felt the undying need to post anyway.
