If you really like to make difference between the gyu has exp and guy who has
not, make every % of skill cost same, so if skill now cost like 10m 100% and
first % 100exp, with this tune every % would cost 100k per. That would make
difference between 5m newbie and 50m lowbie, because now every skill can be
trained to 50% with allmost no exp at all, but after that it will take same
amount of exp to train to 50 --> 60, what took it to train to 50%. So with 2m
you would get only 20%, not 50% of that skill, but to 100% it would be still
that 10m. This is very evil towards newbies, but hey, if we need cap, this
