It would be nice if power hour start could be set by the player.
Not everyone does exp starting from boot, i usualy fool around a bit
from boot, quests, 'eq' etc.. and would like to use my power hour
when i exp in the evening

The point of the power hours is to primarily benefit
players who can't spend a whole lot of time per day
playing the game, so that they don't get hopelessly
left behind. It is not meant as yet another way of
minmaxing your exprates. Even tho it certainly can
be used for that, I will not make changes to it that
are only based on the desire for someone with lots
of time on their hands to minmax even more.
