I suggest moving skillbooks from boxes/chests/safes to monsters's inventory.
Only those who kill the monster would get their names on the book, thus being
able to read it. I don't think that when the idea for these books was first
coined they were meant as yet another way for people to make money.

if your name isn't on them? also if the name thing was implemented, what was
done about books i already have, etc. this isn't very clear

get rid of that 3 day waiting period for reading another book since i don't
see why this is necessary anymore...
