I\'m not sure if this idea has come up or not with all this whining about reinc
being too annoying and blah blah blah, most of those posts are too long to
bother reading...
anyway, here is another absurd idea. Why not have it so the amount of xp you
start with is proportional to the amount of time since your last reinc, kindof
like how much exp it takes away.
ex. you reinc within a week of your last one, ammount of exp lost = large % of
total; ammount of exp for starting = small % of total
you reinc 2 months after your last one, ammount of exp lost = small % of
total; ammount of exp for starting = large % of total
