make their SUPER POWERFUL area spells like killing cloud, chain lightning,
blast vacuum etc give extra flashy special effects so that you can even
hear/see/sense them in adjoining rooms.
I.e. when the fire leader unleashes his infernal hellfires of majiks, people
nextdoor would get a message like "You feel the heat of an extra powerful
spell from east."
