How about a new guild: archers
Guild requirement: Member of Rangers
Skills: Archery (derr)
Missiles (sling-shot, haha!)
Catapult (whee, starting skill... catapult monster from adjoining
room)
Fletching (make arrows, need wood from merchants, whee)
Fast shot (more arrows per round)
Accuracy (ability to actually hit target)
Ambush (rain arrows down on an unsuspecting target)
Disable (fire an arrow through monsters foot so he can\'t track)
Critical shot (aim for eyes/nostrils/ears and any orifice available
for optimal damage)
Camoflage (some advanced camo skill where archer can sew his own cloak
enabling him to disappear into the wilderness)
There would be a practice room, with bulls-eye targets for practice, practice
makes perfect. There would be competitions to see who is the
fastest/most-accurate archer in the land (Go Robinhood!)
If it\'s to turbo... make it so only elves/humans can join.
Also, each race has vision rating (ie, how far they can see with look in
city), this would come in handy for this guild. Races with better vision
excel.
Some moron suggested I make a contribution on how to make nomads less bore...

Is there a wizard who has the balls to make this a reality?
