Personally, I think this navtree tune is not such a bad idea as some people
seem to think. Yeah, sure, now you'll have to actually know what the world
looks like and where your favourite areas are, instead of just shelling out
xxx gold and being whisked to some far away part of the world. IMO, that's a
good thing. About hunger/thirst/exhaustion: is that really a problem? I mean,
almost every guild has a way to make food out of nothing. And if you can't,
it's not that hard to drop by damograns and grab 2-3 pieces for the road. Same
thing for water. Think about it - in pretty much every single other mud I
wouldn't even dare go somewhere without having some food and a full waterskin
on me. Here - you can just ask for relo/satiate if you get into an emergency
you can't handle.

Finally, can we please not whine about how hard things "will be" until we
actually try and play at least for a week or so? Something tells me whining
about how bad things _are_ (if they really will be that bad) will be quite
more sensible than whining about how bad things will be without even trying to
work with it.
