Now that navitrees have disappeared, how about adding some kind of town
portals in game? Those would work only between the large cities, BC, SKeep,
Rilynttar, Lorenchia, Donaru and Calythien.

This way one could get around the world relatively easy, for example reavers
are now in trouble because their guild is in the almost most furthest corner
of the world. Evil religs get water walking and it would not be long run from
RIlynttar to guild.

And if someone wants to rape the infamous Boremoth they would not need to run
over a half continent wading half of the road through sea.
