And someone to check crimsons, even a bit. If crimsons don't get discipline
more than 50% how do you expect us to use skills while fighting.
The way nomads (rangers and barbarians) work now: encourage players to stay in
the guild to get some additional bonuses, is imho a better way to go round it
then just "toss in the additional bonus for those exp-giants". This way even
lower level players can get the bonuses and not just the newly reinced
highbies.

I do however agree on your point about crimsons: they do need a face-lift.
