Im not sure how others feel about this, but I think the shrine search quest
could use a change. Id like to suggest that it be fulfilled by having the
explore count for all the shrine entrance rooms confirmed by some command at
the mystical navigator, rather than having a shrine list that must be filled
before the required level. In other words, I think it would be improved by
handling it more like the explore 10/80 quests, where credit can be picked up
after reincing, since its in the same vein as them. This should be fairly
simple to implement and would take out the drudgery of the current system in a
fair manner, while still retaining the full spirit of exploration.
