If your intellegence or wisdom is too low, you should not be able to read
signs or maps or scrolls. It would add an extra dimension to game play and
might even add to players having to interact with one another. ie- wanted,
someone to come and read me this sign/scroll/map I'm too stupid to know what
it is.
