why shold "penetrating reagents" allow it to lower resistance to other casters
too?
would be more intresting if it would just lower resistance to that caster with
those "ap"reagents on his clip,that woulda actually be quite nice
addition,since many monsters do resst everyhing
,but there is already methods of lowering resistance but but would be nice to
see some more in reagents that just power reagents that allow you to get
cheaper cost.

per caster. Not that it would lower the resistance for all, that would
be too much of course. This would make spellcasting more accurate
branch of art.
