Please can you change it so that a player with level under
15 can still join SS+ guilds (seeing as how that joining them
doesnt use up a level, only advancing in them)
Why?
So people who are determined to reach level 15 without
help or are spending a lot of time as a newbie doing LQs etc can
still use the SS+ chat channels and pick up their
autoloading guild eq and chat...
Ikira, discovered this while trying to use uk+ and swe+
as a level 12 human.
15 can still join SS+ guilds (seeing as how that joining them
