You have a point, but - I think someone can be exhausted beyond
reason. Unconscious and dying if medical assistance is not given.
Or mentally overdrain, having a headache and a distracted mind,
which could easily be thought as minus sps. There are spells in this
mud that take your sps to minus, and make you over-exhausted.
But that's not the main idea. Actually, you gave me another one.
Ep's could go to minus aswell when casting a spell over your
capacity. The casting would be so exhaustive without enough mental
power that it would drain you physically.

Well anyways my point stands. I think go and mobile cannon _should_
transfer you to your destination, but with drawbacks. It would be
an uptune in the sense that you _would_ get there earlier than with
the current system, but with ep-drain and sp's in minus it wouldnt
be too efficent either.

Now, it gets you there, but with a *hitload of frustration and
waiting. I'm not saying there should be a scent of suffeli, but
I see no point in making it anymore difficult to travel than it
is now, but I sniff a small hint of minty-fresh-scent where
a small spell-functionality-tune would take place. And as we look
from an exptune-whatever-side, even when you get more faster where
you're supposed to go, you can't cast or run very far with such
exhaustion and drained mental-power. So you cannot start summing
people (assuming they dont have relocate etc) or do anything else.
Neither can you start moving towards the next place until you've
revived.

And don't tell me bat isn't supposed to be a flowermud and that
sort of crap - I know it isn't. And _my_ opinion is that
tuning go and mc would not corrupt the balance.

So, this _is_ only my opinion and might be a bad one, so I
appreciate your point of view, and keep mine.
