Now that guilds are being changed why not give monks a guild leader too.
He/she/it would be calculated acording time spent in guild and exp used in
guild or so and would get +dex and/or +avoid and some rank like Bruce Lee.

This is not very innovative but should be easy to code and give more spice to
monks. Also some challenge system like the one rangers have would be nice. If
someone really thinks this is worth doing i can evolve the idea further.
