Heres my crazy ideas for you.
Since elves are emphatic creatures, they should
share the pain of others. So each time elf gets
informed You feel that XXX is in great pain, player
has so much sympathy for him that he gets some
damage.

Sprites are very small fairies so occasionally
outdoors strong gust of wind should blow them to
another room.

Drows being despised by other races should have
difficulties at shops. Shops should overcharge
them and ppay less for items.
