as I understand it martial arts is all about critical hits and any other hit
should cause very little damage. critical hits are hard to achieve but martial
arts masters make it up by speed eg. hitting very many times in few seconds.
other thing, when coding combos for fighting styles, would it be possible to
randomize the effective combos for each player so that people couldn't just
copy/paste those "best moves" off each others? that way you could make those
superninjas what every tiger seems to aiming at but it would take dedication
and time and the results couldn't be copied for other players to use.
