i know its a taboo to link hcbat and bat but what is to stop people from
reading books in the hcbat library to get around paying the fee? perhaps you
only get the royalties if the book is printed and this would solve the
problem, i'm not sure how the system works yet, but also perhaps you should
pay bat authors for works read/printed on hcbat and vice versa, becuz most of
the authors of bat books have no hcbat chars to receive royalties, also people
who have different names on hcbat and bat should still be compensated on
whatever mud their book is printed on, for example if someone prints 20 copies
of Trotsky's books on Hcbat, it should transfer the money to Hookah instead

perhaps you should cut the royalty in half but xfer it to both characters,
although i doubt there is imud bank capability coded as yet, hehe well anyway
