To continue rauskis excellent idea, i wonder why only rebirthers have the
ability to holz_echo. Makes no sense, its hard to reach top 55 in exp anyway.
Holz_echo should be granted to non rebirthers.

Rebirth heal is suffel enough, considering the purpose of rebirth, there
shouldnt be anymore dicksize, like, holz_echo!
