This is to stop those chronically addicted to reincing. You are able to
specify a time (be it days, weeks, or months) when you are unable to reinc,
either through the druid spell, or mortis. I guess old age would be the only
way (ugh). Perhaps make old age reinc penalty x2? Kinda evil I guess.
