Hello, can we revisit the pvp cap on bard spells? I'm sure there might have
been a reason for it in the forgotten past, but I can't think of why it's the
only guild with capped spells vs. players nowadays. Or if someone has some
input as to why their spells should be capped and no other guilds are (to my
knowledge) I'd be interested to listen!
