do every eq doable only with ticket, then suffle like 10 ticket from every mob
and share tickets randomly to mortals.
Then everyone has few tickets and we can do mob or sell ticket to person who
wants to do that mob -> cash moving and everyone can do mob they like.
May need some monster downtuning to work.
