I dont really see why it is so bad that low level players have good eq. For
example some +4 damage gloves are for sure a good piece of eq, and if some
newbie pays 2 megas for it, I think he deserves it. 2 megs of gold is very
very much for a newbie, and that +4 damage won't make him immortal anyways,
only slightly better.
Don't tune newbies, but the rich highbies.
