Variation to races could be added as follows. Split the skillmax/spellmax
into a fixed portion given by the choice of race, and a portion which is
gained
by advancing in the race guild. E.g. Humans could gain 50% skillmax upon
creation, and each level in race guild would increase this by 10%.
This would allow having "humans raised by elves" and such in the game.
This would then be a human with the elf race guild. The choice of race
guild would be random and decided upon reinc. This would not increase
player power levels much (especially if the probabilities are done
wisely), but would maybe add slightly more flair to the game, with a
reinc not being fully deterministic.
