Ok, on the topic of newbie accessibility, why is the level restriction so high
on quoting info? It's incredibly difficult for me to help my newbie with what
to train/study when I can't see her stuff throught he quote. Yes, I realize
newbies could be spamming quite a bit, but couldn't there be a way to just
automatically ignore quotes from under level 45 or whatever it is uand give us
the ability to receive quotes from newbies we want to? Sorry, I don't
remember there being a restriction before, so I have no idea why it was put
into effect.

i think this was implemented from newbies or players creating new characters
just to spam some one.. now that we have the auto ignore command i think this
is no longer nessecary and this ability should be given to all or make it like
lv 10 restriction ... also rebirth would be exempt from this rule
