Level: 58 Age: 1y, 152d, 11h, 4min and 38s

Please implement channel specific level ignores. Like "ignore 50 suomi",
"ignore 45 ghost", "ignore bat 10"... you get the picture. Or at least for the
heavens sake, give us a possibility to ignore people under certain level on
channels but not in tells...
