New Spell: Untrain
cast untrain at <target> for <skill>
Target gets an option to accept the untrain. If yes, the trained skill is lost
and a portion of the experience invested is recovered to be respent by the
target.
Also, Unstudy for spells. A higher percentage in the spell results in a
greater experience recovery.
