How about:
If you rebirth, you get access to a new set of options which includes some
racial tweaking to better align a race to a different guild. (a random anomaly
in the race) only good after rebirth, once you reinc, back to old standards.
If you can't figure out what you're doing to get it right, then shouldn't have
rebirthed in the first place. If you wanna make it REALLY classy, cut off
standard, overdone newbie zones. Kill that other exp raping problem too, or
at least cut it down somewhat.
