Is there a balance reason why some caster guilds can never train the cast
types of spells they have? Tarmalens have spells of cast information,
protection, transformation, control, and harm for instance, but can not train
those cast types in the guild. It may make some sense that tarmalens can't
train cast harm and priests can't train cast heal (funny though, I recall
spiders got plenty), but it would be nice for guilds to as a rule teach the
skills for the spells they grant.

I'd say in some cases it is on purpose as a tune tool, and in others it is
merely an oversight. The problem is determining which is which. Ultimately
though, it's been that way so long I'd it is now part of the "tune" regardless
if it was intentional.
