Would it be too suffeli if players could get
2% of skillmax each ss level? Now its impossible
to get 100% skillmax without boons to many good
tank races.
Caster races dont have this problem since they
dont need skillmax barely to anything. Effect
atm for offensives is quite much same that if
good caster races spellmaxes would be tuned
to 78% or so.
