It would be interesting, to say the least, if there were noticeable levels of
being drunk. Especially affecting speech capabilities. You have have, for
example: Buzzing, Tipsy, Drunk, Hammered, Smashed, Severe Alcohol Poisoning.
Each level would affect the player differently, for example, buzzing would
give the ++ to stats, tipsy would give the ++ to stats with slight speech
impediment on tells/says/channels, drunk would start the - stats with more
impeded speech and emotes, Hammered/Smashed could make you incoherant and have
trouble using skills/spells, Alcohol Poisoning could kill you if you don't
sober up fast or have a tarma near by.
