The exp-restore potions is still an easy way to remove money from the game, if

I remember duke saying before that reinced lost exp bugged or something on
some people and isnt correct and so exp-restore potions will never come back..
i mean they could reset everyones reinc exp i guess but all those people that
been trying for 50% ratio, would fuck em royally.
