For those who don't like messing up the short desc.
New skill, Engrave

Adds a short note or word in an items longdesc.

Yeah it could do some damage to the item (so would need name or lose max cond)
you could get it reapaired after and keep engraving tho..... engraves could
never be removed tho!! great idea!

Of course.. if you didnt want to wait for a new skill, you could use the quill
