Formula for the personal exp tune could be improved. Tune should drop very
fast from "lots of exp" to "average" or "below average", but much slower after
that. It should also be very hard to drop the tune below old "very little exp"
level.

Personal exp tune is a good idea, but current formula is not realistic.
