please make it possible to levelignore players above certain level. This way i
can focus my heal alls for the newbies, leaving those stinking, rotten,
yellowbellied, unwanted, snotnosed, fleeridden, filthy sons of bi.. err
highbies high and dry.

i know i could simply manually ignore everyone above certain level, but it
would require a certain large effort to manually ignore and unignore them all

( and ignoring highbies would be fun sometimes anyway, pesky trivial
egobloated bassstards!)
