So I\'ll start in with a story. Obviously, most everyone knows by now,
I\'m Malicat. When I started up my new character I decided to get as
many of the level quests as possible, and wanted to keep who I was a
secret for at least a few days. Working up my experience from explore, I
set about trying to do quests I hadn\'t seen or messed with in over 3
years at this point. Asking a few general questions on newbie, I had
several people offer to help immediately. No, not newbie helpers,
although the helpers are quite useful and nice as well, but these are
people from fc+.

I was given a room for free, help with several of the quests, with both
tanking and healing, and friendly (although redundant in my case) advice
on general game playing. The ones who stand out in my mind are
Stainedsoul, Soulkeeper, Kexi, Ealoren, Kitania, & Amaranthe, although
there are more, these were just the ones who were on when I was. These
players are getting no benefits at all from helping newbies that I am
aware of.

Since Bat is working hard to become more newbie friendly, I think that the
members of fight club (possibly with a level limit, or whathave you,
I\'m not asking for myself) deserve some TP\'s for helping newbies or
something equally suffeli.
