It would be cool and maybe not too supersuffeli, if reanimated characters
would remember all/some of his/hers old skill and spells. Those would drop
like 1-5% from old max always when the skill/spell is used. Donno how this
would work if one reincs into thingie that gets same skills or spells that
previous reinc had.
