Newbie player city for sale. One block. Basic shops and bank. No portal. Few
low level guards. I built this to entertain myself mostly but the monthly
taxes are beginning to wear on me. All reasonable offers considered. Good
opportunity for newbie(s) who would like to develop their own city. I would
