'set auto_ignore' received two improvements:
- it now works again (it was broken for who knows how long)
- it now also works for intermud communications, eg. tells from hcbat are
subject to autoignore

Seems like the limits were too low (you would get auto-ignored too easily when
eg. quoting stuff).
From next boot, the auto-ignore limits are increased considerably (from
10+lvl/5 messages to 20+lvl messages in 3sec).
