The machinery has been polished and the gears sharpened. The Clock
Tower in Arelium has been recoded. The area remains newbie
friendly and now sports an eponymously named quest. The original area
was coded somewhere around 1993 by Blowfish and Badger. Kudos to Ggr
for ideas and insights.
