umm perhaps add 'delay:xxx' and 'stop_until_combat_ends' commands
which we could put into commands.
That would be an excellent and castigating retort if the areas and playstyles
it applies to weren't tunepoled so hard that even Vlad Tepes Dracula would bow
in respect. Anyway, anyone wanting to nuzzle that close to roboting can just
lite normalmons with an unused color and make a kill trigger off of the ansi
