Funny thing about exp wipe. Newbies seem to think that it will "level" the
playing ground, and they'll have a chance to be highbies. It doesn't work
that way. You can see it in rebirthers. You see a few low level rebirthers
on first rebirth, but not a lot. And those that are, well, I just have to say
"cuts". :P And when you start going higher up the rung, the rest tend to be
level 100 again. Why? Cause that's why they're highbies, they know the game,
know how to lead, know what is effective, and know how to make exp. You can
wipe every single person down to 0 exp, and kill all rebirth everything, and
there are some people that will always be at the top of the food chain.
