just disable the whole damn thing for any1 who:
1-level above 90
2-expwoerth over 200m
3-age over 200d
4-has done over 7m during last week
why? coz i see same old ageless players doing ph each day for maximum income,
then shifting to some other activities, nicely optimizing their gain, while
ppl who are reason for ph introduction
dont gain that much, and the gap between top (yea, go read the wizzies
reasoning upon ph insertion) goes wider at rates never seen before
